1. Introduction
Welcome to Grow Vision India, a Digital Marketing. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before availing of our services.
2. Scope of Services
Grow Vision India provides digital marketing, website designing, graphic designing, branding, and related promotional services. The specific scope of work, deliverables, and timeline will be defined in the client’s project proposal or quotation.
3. Ownership & Usage Rights
All creative materials, including website designs, graphics, videos, and marketing content developed by Grow Vision India, remain the intellectual property of the agency unless explicitly transferred through written agreement.
Our agency reserves the right to use any completed project (digital or printed format) for advertising, portfolio, and promotional purposes at any time.
4. Agency Credit
All websites designed or developed by Grow Vision India will include a small footer credit such as:
“Design & Developed by Grow Vision India”
This credit must remain visible on the live website unless otherwise agreed in writing with the agency.
5. Revisions & Modifications
The client is entitled to the number of revisions specified in the project proposal. Once the project has been approved and finalized, any additional changes, edits, or modifications requested by the client will be subject to additional charges, which will be communicated in advance.
6. Payments & Non-Refund Policy
- The client must make payments as per the terms mentioned in the proposal or invoice.
- Any delay in payment may result in project suspension or delivery hold.
- Once a project has been started, no refunds will be provided for work already completed.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once the project has started.
- All payments are strictly non-refundable (refer to our Non-Refund Policy).
7. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide all required content, materials, and approvals on time to avoid project delays. Any delay from the client’s side may extend the delivery timeline.
8. Limitation of Liability
Grow Vision India will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or downtime caused by third-party hosting, plugin issues, or client-side changes after the project handover.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all project-related information confidential and not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.
10. Termination
Grow Vision India reserves the right to terminate any project or service in case of non-payment, breach of terms, or misuse of content.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh.
