1. Project Initiation
- Once a project is confirmed and work has started, no cancellations or refunds will be allowed.
- The client is responsible for providing complete project requirements, content, and approvals on time.
2. Payments & Refunds
- All payments made towards our services are non-refundable.
- Any advance or milestone payments will not be refunded once the project begins.
- Refunds are not applicable for delays caused due to client-side issues (e.g., late content submission, delayed approvals, etc.).
3. Service Scope
- Services will be delivered as per the mutually agreed proposal/contract.
- Any additional requirements beyond the agreed scope will be treated as a new project with separate costing.
4. Order Cancellation
- Clients may request cancellation only before the project has started.
